9 hours

T-minus 9 hours and vacation officially begins. Since this week has been pretty busy at work, I have no doubt today will be the busiest & craziest days of all. Isn't that how it usually goes?

Sunday morning started out pretty chilly, but that didn't stop this little guy from wanting to get outdoors and go wild. However, the fence post that his precious little forehead collided with did stop him. A few tears, an icy pack and some snuggles helped him recover pretty quick.

Every night the ice cream truck makes its way through our neighborhood. It is usually after Liam has dessert. Last night he was determined to buy dessert from the ice cream truck. With wallet in hand we waited and waited for the truck to come by. We walked the neighborhood and still no truck. We sat on the porch and still no truck.

The little guy was disappointed.

I admit we went totally overboard this year with Liam's Easter basket. Since Andrew and I didn't get a chance to go shopping together, we each added our own contributions to his basket & then some.
Honestly, he would have been just happy with the hidden eggs & the Peeps kabob. I think he was a bit freaked out by the idea of this huge bunny hopping into our house to leave eggs. He fell asleep instantly Easter eve with the blankets over his head after asking if the Easter Bunny lived with Santa at the North Pole.
