I am in my second week of kettle
hell bell. It is going well. Last week I had a very hard time walking and bending over. My legs were killing me, actually everything was killing me. This week I feel better, stronger and more confident. These guys above are my new friends and I must be honest, they intimate the hell out of me. I leave that hour workout sweating, face all red and knowing I pushed myself well beyond what I am use to. I took my measurements last week and I won't take them again until after the 5 weeks are up. I am hoping to lose some inches, and if not, at least I will have some upper body strength.. 5 weeks until the Warrior Dash!
